Discuss your priorities

Your maintenance list

Describe each small household job, its location and any access restrictions so we can assess it.

Materials and fittings

Tell us what you already have and discuss materials, compatibility and costs before purchasing anything.

Priority jobs

Identify what matters most and agree on the order of work, rather than assuming every task will fit one visit.

A clear scope

We confirm the tasks we can accept and identify work that needs a specialist before arrangements are finalised.

For private clients

You do not need an NDIS plan to enquire. Share your priorities and discuss one-off or ongoing assistance. We confirm the tasks, price and payment arrangements before work starts.

For NDIS participants

We welcome enquiries from participants with self-managed or plan-managed funding.

Do not assume that general repairs, materials or property maintenance can be paid for with NDIS funding. A proposed support must meet the relevant NDIS rules, relate to your disability and be consistent with your plan. Ask your plan manager or support coordinator to clarify before agreeing to payment from your plan.

Read the official NDIS funding guidance

Before your visit

Start with a short task list, tell us about access and preferences, and agree on what is included.

How to Prepare a Household Maintenance List

Frequently asked questions

How do I find out whether a job is suitable?

Send a short description of the work, location and access needs. We will confirm whether it is within scope before arranging the work.

Should I buy materials first?

Discuss the job and required materials first. This helps avoid buying items that are unsuitable or not needed.

Does NDIS cover handyman work?

Not automatically. Confirm the specific proposed support and your funding arrangements before booking; general repairs should not be treated as automatically eligible.
