Every household is different. We’ll discuss the tasks you need, the areas you want us to focus on and any access or product preferences before arranging your visit.

Cleaning tasks can include:

  • Kitchen cleaning

    Benches, sinks, stovetops and other agreed surfaces.

  • Bathroom cleaning

    Showers, baths, toilets, basins and floors.

  • General household cleaning

    Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and surface cleaning.

  • Laundry and linen

    Help with washing, ironing and changing bed linen.

  • More detailed cleaning

    Discuss areas that need extra attention so we can confirm the scope of work.

Cleaning for private clients

You don’t need an NDIS plan to contact JITA CARE.

Private clients can enquire about household cleaning and discuss regular or one-off visits. Let us know the type of cleaning you need, your location and your preferred schedule so we can discuss availability and provide a quote.

Household support for NDIS participants

We also welcome participants with self-managed or plan-managed NDIS funding.

NDIS funding may be used for assistance with household tasks when the support relates to your disability and is consistent with your plan. Cleaning is not automatically funded simply because you are an NDIS participant.

Before arranging a service, confirm that the proposed support can be paid for through your plan. Your plan manager or support coordinator can help clarify this where applicable.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an NDIS plan?

No. Private clients can enquire about regular or one-off cleaning. NDIS participants with self-managed or plan-managed funding can also contact us.

Are products and equipment included?

Confirm which products and equipment are needed, who supplies them and any preferences or sensitivities before the visit.

Where and when do you offer cleaning?

We cover all of Greater Adelaide. Cleaning visits are offered between 7am–6pm, subject to agreed availability. Our office handles enquiries during office hours, 9am–5pm. Confirm your visit date, scope and quote when you enquire.

Can I request more detailed cleaning?

Yes. Describe the areas and condition so the scope, time, price and any exclusions can be agreed before work starts. Do not assume NDIS funding covers every requested task.
